What is authority?
It is being the name everyone in your industry already knows. The one who gets referenced, quoted, and invited. The one whose event everyone else asks to speak at.
One live event at a time. Virtual conferences. In-person rooms. Your name on the banner, 10 to 25 speakers endorsing you by showing up, hundreds of your ideal buyers in one day, and a revenue engine underneath so the event pays us both.
Even if your list is small. Without you touching a single piece of tech. You are the face. My team is the machine.
Most live events bore people and lose money. Mine run on a revenue engine.
START HERE
It is being the name everyone in your industry already knows. The one who gets referenced, quoted, and invited. The one whose event everyone else asks to speak at.
The slow way: years of content, hoping the algorithm is kind. The invisible way: systems nobody sees. Or the fast way: one day, one stage, your name at the top of it, and a lineup of respected peers standing on it because you asked.
I make you the authority. I do not teach it. I do not coach it. My team builds the event that installs it, the community that keeps it, and the engine that gets you paid for it.
THE SEQUENCE
I build courses. I build communities. I build funnels, podcasts, and software. And I always start with the live event, because it is the only one that works without the others.
A course with no audience is a file on a hard drive. A community with no injection is a ghost town. A podcast with no back end is a hobby. A live event manufactures an audience in a single day, out of other people's audiences, and feeds every other thing you will ever build.
Flagship conference, your name on it, hundreds of your ideal audience assembled through your speakers' lists, not yours.
The audience the event built now lives somewhere you own, active between editions.
Courses, coaching, services, or a calendar full of booked appointments, sold to a room that already trusts you.
Not a menu. An order of operations.
THE MACHINE
The event platform and production. The website. The ticket funnel, the replay funnel, the sponsorship funnel. Every email campaign. The speaker portal where your speakers manage themselves, with done-for-them promotion kits so their invites take ten minutes. Every session recorded, edited, and hosted. The expo. The contest. The follow-up that turns your new list into booked calls on your calendar.
Your job: shape the agenda with me, invite the speakers you already know, host the firesides, and be the authority. That is the whole job.
PROOF
The flagship
25 speakers across five themed tracks. Live breakout rooms, speed networking, a full expo. Every speaker managed their own bio, slides, and promo kit in the portal, and my team built and ran every other piece: the site, the funnels, the emails, the production, the follow-up.
See the conferenceOur own structured networking events and the community behind them, running on the same machine. Live rooms, matched conversations, and a follow-up engine that turns introductions into deals.

THE MACHINE, VOUCHED FOR
Campaigns, funnels, and revenue systems my team built for them. The same machine that now runs under every event.

THE DEAL
This is a partnership, not a retainer. We split event revenue 50/50. Your backend sales stay 100 percent yours. There is a deposit to reserve a production window, and it is not a fee: every dollar of it comes back to you, credited from the first dollars of your revenue share.
And if edition one does not recoup it? We run the next edition at no additional deposit, and we keep going until you are whole. The only way you do not get your deposit back is if you quit.
One more thing: I close your niche. While we are partnered, your market's flagship event features you and only you.
One flagship event per market. The first credible expert takes the seat.
FAQ
Your speakers do. Ten speakers each bringing twenty people is 200 registrations before you send a single email. Twenty-five is 500. The event assembles an audience out of other people's audiences. That is the point of it.
Your job is the agenda, the invites to people you already know, and hosting. About a workweek of hours spread across twelve weeks, and then your event. My team builds and runs everything else.
We run the next edition at no additional deposit and keep going until you are whole. The only way you do not get your deposit back is if you quit.
We build those too. Right after the event, because the event is what gives your course an audience to sell to and fills your community on day one instead of month twelve. Order of operations.
Then the event feeds your calendar instead. We build the outreach and email campaigns that turn the audience your event created into booked appointments with you. Same machine, different destination: some partners leave with a community, some leave with a calendar full of buyers.
Probably. That is proof the room works. But those events are built around a topic. Yours is built around you: your name on the banner, your speakers on your stage, endorsing you by showing up. Somebody else's summit grows the industry. Yours makes you the authority in it. There is only one you.
FREE TOOL
Pick a scenario and the math runs itself. Then step through the numbers and watch the result move. This is the arithmetic most organizers never run before they book a room.
Gross revenue, one event
$0
Best case with this same machine: $0
Free, and yours to keep. Run it yourself if you want. Most people who see it ask us to run it with them.
The plan is on its way to your inbox. If it is not there in two minutes, check spam or promotions and drag it into your inbox so the rest arrive. Want it turned into your event? Book a call and we will walk you through the plan and map the whole thing: speakers, agenda, revenue lines, dates.
Book The CallThe goal
This shapes the plan you get: community growth, course sales, or booked calls.
What you sell
The event feeds whatever this is. The plan routes the room straight to your offer.
What attendees buy
Virtual pricing. And the price sets the show-up rate for you, from the industry standard: 80 to 90 percent attend when they paid, 40 to 50 when the ticket is free. The math applies it automatically.
Counted at half of your registrants buying it after the event. Keep it under the ticket price or you are teaching people not to show up live.
The room
One speaker, one talk.
Every speaker promotes to their own list. This is the number that makes a conference work.
This is what tells you how much traffic you have to send.
Registering is not attending. Paid in-person runs high, free virtual runs low.
Booths
Booths sell from the room itself: about 1 in 20 registrants runs a business that takes a booth, and some upgrade. The standard attach rates price it for you.
This tells you how big the vendor list has to be before you start asking.
The room is your pipeline
A slice of every room becomes clients. Set what one is worth and watch what the event is really for.
Not everybody in the room is your buyer. This is the honest slice that is.
They paid to be there, they sat through your talk, and they already know what you do. This is the warmest audience you will ever pitch.
First year value, not the first invoice. Set it to zero if you would rather not count it at all.
Speed networking, free with the ticket
Three minute rotations, and it is never a separate charge. You cannot cap how many people somebody meets, but you control who they get matched with, and that is the whole game: put buyers in front of sellers on purpose and the room turns into deals instead of small talk. Thirty to ninety a day is realistic.
The attendee funnel
The vendor funnel
Your own pipeline
This counts zero sponsorship dollars and zero ticket sales for next year's event. Those are real lines and they are not in this number, which is why it is conservative on purpose.
Founder
US Marine Combat Veteran // The Live Events Guy // Since 2003
Twenty-three years building the machine. Now it has a stage.
I started in radio in 2003, building the funnels and campaigns behind the shows, including one that turned a prank call to Fidel Castro into a 250,000-subscriber list. I am a US Marine Corps combat veteran and a former Marine recruiter, which is where I learned that conversations, not content, move people to action.
For two decades I built revenue engines behind other people's brands: funnels, CRMs, automations, the plumbing that turns attention into money. Then I started putting that machine underneath live events, and watched one day on a stage do what a year of content could not: make someone THE name in their room.
That is what I do now. The framework is called G.E.A.R. The method is called the Conference Revenue Engine. And the result has one name: authority. Yours.
