We Build Revenue Engines With Experts And Niche Brands.

You built the audience. What's missing is the machine underneath it, so attention turns into booked revenue instead of applause. We build that in weeks, not quarters.

We run our own engines with our own money. Some are owned. Some are partner builds. The model we use for ourselves is the one we build for you.

Quick Answer

What Does Miami Marketer Do?

Miami Marketer is the operator behind a portfolio of revenue engines. Some are owned projects. Some are partner projects. Some are active client systems.

The common thread is the same: build the audience, offer, funnel, CRM, follow-up, sales path, and retention loop around a real market opportunity.

FAQ

Common Questions

Who is Miami Marketer for?

Miami Marketer is for experts, coaches, consultants, operators, and niche brands with real expertise or market access that can become a revenue engine.

What gets built?

The system can include market strategy, offer design, landing pages, funnels, ads, email and SMS follow-up, appointment systems, sales workflows, reporting, and retention loops.

What is G.E.A.R.?

G.E.A.R. stands for Generate, Engage, Acquire, and Retain. It is the framework Carlos A. Vazquez developed over 23 years, and Miami Marketer uses it across owned projects, partner projects, and client-backed systems.

THE PROBLEM

Experts Don't Need Another Agency.
They Need An Operator.

You don't have an audience problem. You have a plumbing problem. The people are already paying attention. But there's nothing catching them, nothing following up, and nothing turning interest into a paid decision. So the attention shows up, and then it's gone.

You've hired the GoHighLevel guy who could build but didn't understand marketing, and the strategist who understood marketing but couldn't build anything. The tactic was never the problem. Nobody ever connected the parts, and disconnected parts leak money. Connected parts compound.

What's missing is not another tactic. It's the engine underneath the whole business.

What Is The Leak
Costing You?

Four questions about the four parts of a revenue engine. Slide, don't type. Takes about thirty seconds and it runs on your numbers, not ours.

  • Your number, not a stat. Nothing here is a made up industry average.
  • Names the missing part. You will know which one to fix first.
  • Assumptions published. The math is on the page. Check it.

Question 1 of 4

How many people are in your audience?

List, followers, members. Anyone who would notice if you posted.

5,000

100100,000+

Question 2 of 4

Roughly what do you do a month?

Ballpark is fine. This is only used to show the leak as a percentage.

$20,000

$0$250,000+

Question 3 of 4

What is one customer worth to you?

Average first sale, or the retainer they start on.

$2,500

$100$25,000+

Question 4 of 4

Which of these are actually running?

Be honest. Nobody is watching and the number is useless if you are not.

How this is calculated

An audience with all four parts running converts to a customer at roughly 1% a year. With none of them, closer to 0.2%, because attention arrives and nothing catches it. Each missing part costs a quarter of that gap. Your estimate is audience multiplied by the conversion you are giving up, multiplied by what a customer is worth, spread across twelve months. It is an estimate, not a promise, and it is deliberately conservative. Your real number depends on your offer, your market, and how warm your audience already is.

OPERATOR STACK

We Start With The Market, Not The Tactic

Before we build a funnel or launch a campaign, we map the market, the offer, the buyer path, and the system that turns attention into revenue.

Then we use the right tools: audience intelligence, paid traffic, content, CRM, automation, appointment systems, sales workflows, and reporting.

This is not a pile of marketing tasks. This is operator-grade revenue architecture.

01

Identify

Find the market, buyer, offer, and monetization path

02

Match

Match the opportunity to the right owned, partner, or client model

03

Activate

Build the funnel, CRM, follow-up, and acquisition channels

04

Convert

Measure, improve, and compound the revenue system

THE FRAMEWORK

G.E.A.R.
Generate · Engage · Acquire · Retain

Every owned project, partner build, and client-backed system maps back to this framework. It is how attention becomes pipeline, buyers, retention, and referrals.

Generate

Generate attention in the right rooms. Build content, run campaigns, and create visibility so your ideal buyers know you exist, before they ever need you.

Engage

Position your offer so the right buyers recognize value fast and raise their hand. Craft the message, build the touchpoints, create the entry points that attract, not chase.

Acquire

Proprietary audience intelligence meets multi-channel activation. Build high-intent audience pools, then launch Facebook ads and direct mail campaigns that put your offer in front of qualified buyers.

Retain

Tighten follow-up automations, nurture sequences, and sales enablement so more opportunities convert and client value compounds over time.

Who Gets The Best Results

  • You already have an audience, a list, a stage, or a following
  • You're the authority. We stay behind the curtain
  • You have a proven offer and can deliver at volume
  • You're open to a partnership, not just hiring a vendor

Not A Fit If

  • You need an audience built from scratch
  • You want overnight results with no testing phase
  • You want tactics only, without sales process upgrades
  • You won't commit to implementation and follow-through

From audience to cash

Same machine every time. You supply the left side. We build and run everything between the front door and the money.

Nothing here runs on you remembering to do it.

WHAT WE BUILD

One Foundation. Six Front Doors.

Every engine has the same four parts: capture, follow up, conversion, scoreboard. What changes is the front door bolted on top. You are not choosing between engines, you are choosing how big a door goes on the same machine.

Offer Engine

The foundation. Attention arrives, something catches it, and there is one obvious place to say yes.

Do You Need?

Five questions about what you already have and what you want next. It names the engine to build first, the one to add second, and why. About forty seconds.

  • It will tell you no. If the honest answer is start with the foundation, that is what it says.
  • Built on your answers. Not a quiz that recommends the expensive one every time.

Question 1 of 5

What do you already have?

Check everything that is true today. Not what you are planning.

Question 2 of 5

What do you want in the next ninety days?

Pick the one that would actually change your year.

Does your offer sell when you sell it?

Live, on a call, in a room. Not on a page.

SKIN IN THE GAME

Within 21 Days Of Kickoff You Get A Working Engine.
Not A Strategy Deck.

Here's how it works. The clock starts the day I have everything I need from you: your offer, your assets, your access. That's kickoff. From there, within two to three weeks the engine is live. Pages up. Follow-up firing. Calendar booking. Payments accepting. You can click it, test it, and send real buyers through it, while most agencies are still scheduling their kickoff call.

And here's the part nobody else will match: I don't get rich off your retainer. Partner builds run on revenue share. My real payday is a cut of what the engine actually produces, so if it doesn't produce, I don't get paid. Even the deposit that starts the build gets repaid to you out of the engine's first revenue.

That's not a marketing promise written by a lawyer. That's how the deal itself is structured. I can only afford to say yes to engines I know I can make work, which is exactly why you want yours to be one of them.

"I build the plane in flight. By the time most agencies deliver the proposal, my partners are already taking payments."

THE SALES EDGE

I Don't Just Build The System.
I Teach You How To Close.

The system does not stop at leads. It has to turn attention into conversations, conversations into decisions, and decisions into revenue. I spent years as a US Marine Corps Recruiter learning how to have conversations that move people to action.

When qualified buyers enter your pipeline, you'll know exactly what to say, when to say it, and how to move them from interested to invested.

PARTNERSHIP PATH

Here's How We Decide What To Build

01

Fit Check

We look for real expertise, a strong market, an owned asset, or a niche opportunity worth turning into a revenue engine.

02

Revenue System Map

We map the audience, offer, funnel, CRM, follow-up, sales path, retention loop, and the fastest route to revenue.

03

Build, Partner, Or Operate

We decide whether this should be a partner build, vertical brand, owned project, or client-backed system.

Simple rule: Miami Marketer is not looking for random client work. We look for opportunities where the system can compound.

Founder

Carlos A. Vazquez

US Marine Combat Veteran  //  Creator Of The G.E.A.R. Method  //  Since 2003

I got my start in digital marketing in 2003, in radio. I was responsible for building the funnels, email campaigns, and content strategies that kept listeners engaged and drove revenue for the stations. One campaign put me on the map: a funnel built around a prank call to Fidel Castro that generated an email list of over 250,000 subscribers.

That list gave me access to every major marketing automation platform in the industry, and I learned them all. I'm also a US Marine Corps Combat Veteran and former Marine Corps Recruiter, which means I understand systems, discipline, and how to have conversations that move people to action.

In 2010 I launched my agency as Quadex Media, but nobody could figure out what I did. In 2016, when the enterprise-level marketing tech finally became affordable for small businesses, I went full-time. By 2018 I renamed it Miami Marketer. Miami is where I'm at, Marketer is what I do. Simple. And to be clear: Miami is the energy, not the territory. Big city, bold moves, we build engines for niche markets everywhere.

Everything we build runs on G.E.A.R., Generate, Engage, Acquire, Retain, the framework I developed over those 23 years. I didn't invent marketing. G.E.A.R. is what survived contact with real clients.

Today, Miami Marketer is the operating company behind the revenue systems I build, partner in, and launch. That includes owned projects like Self Help Divorce and Speed Networkers, vertical arms like JurisAutomated, our law agency for law-firm growth systems, and partner/client-backed systems where the opportunity is strong enough to build around.

If you are an expert, coach, consultant, operator, or niche brand with a real opportunity, let's see if there is an engine worth building.
