Miami Marketer / Revenue Engines
WHAT WE BUILD
A campaign is something you run.
An engine is something that runs.
If you stopped working for thirty days and the money stopped too, you do not have one yet. Here is what one actually is, and the six shapes it comes in.
Every engine below has a calculator on it. Instant math, no email, and every rate is yours to change.
Four parts, every time
Every engine we build has these four. If any one of them is missing, the other three leak.
Capture
Attention becomes a contact you own. Not a follower on somebody else's platform.
Follow up
It talks to them without you, every day, whether or not you posted this week.
Conversion
A place to say yes. A calendar, a cart, a registration, an application.
Scoreboard
What came in, where from, and what it was worth. Weekly, without asking.
From audience to cash
Same machine every time. You supply the left side. We build and run everything between the front door and the money.
A list, a following, a room, a show, a database. We do not build one from zero.
Offer, contest, podcast, event, conference or tool. This is the only part that changes.
The engine, running
Scoreboard reads all three: what came in, where from, and what it was worth
Not applause, not impressions. Money, with a source attached to every dollar.
Nothing here runs on you remembering to do it.
Every engine below has a calculator on it. No email, no call.
One foundation, six front doors
The Offer Engine is the foundation. It is the four parts above, wired to whatever you sell. Every other engine on this page already includes it.
What changes is the front door bolted on top. A contest fills the top of it fast. A podcast feeds it every week. A conference compresses it into one day. A tool runs it on both sides of a market.
You are not choosing between engines. You are choosing how big a front door goes on the same machine.
The six engines
Every one of them is built, run and reported by us. You bring the audience.
Offer Engine
The foundation. Attention arrives, something catches it, and there is one obvious place to say yes.
See the Offer EngineContest Engine
Build a list in weeks instead of years, with a prize your market actually wants.
See the Contest EnginePodcast Engine
A show is an audience with no back end. This builds the back end, and the guest-to-client path.
See the Podcast EngineEvent Engine
Recurring rooms that compound into memberships, sponsors and a pipeline.
See the Event EngineConference Engine
One day, five revenue lines, verified seats, and ticketing on your own rails.
See the Conference EngineTool Engine
Your expertise becomes software that produces qualified buyers on both sides of a market.
See the Tool EngineWhat the monthly buys
Not hosting. An operator.
- Management. We run the engine. You do not log into anything you do not want to.
- Coaching. You get the person who built it, not a ticket queue.
- Weekly reporting. What came in, where from, what it was worth. Every week, without asking.
- Ongoing build. New offers, sequences and campaigns as the engine matures.
Two ways to pay for any of them
Buy it. A build fee plus a monthly. You own it outright, no revenue share.
Partner on it. A deposit, a smaller monthly, and we split what the engine produces. Your deposit comes back out of our half, not yours.
Most agencies bill you whether it works or not. Our real payday is a share of what the engine produces, which is why we only say yes to engines we are confident we can make work.
The actual numbers come after the audit. Not because they are negotiable, they are not, but because a price without a diagnosis is a number nobody can judge.
Is there an engine here worth building?
Forty five minutes, fixed questions, no pitch. You leave with the map whether or not you hire me. If this is the wrong engine for you, I will tell you which one is right.
Pricing comes after the audit, not before. A number without a diagnosis is a number nobody can judge.
