SPONSORSHIP
Put your brand in a room
where nobody is on their phone.
We produce speed networking events and conferences for South Florida professionals. Structured rooms, not mixers. Every attendee talks to every attendee, which means your name gets said out loud instead of printed on a banner nobody reads.
What the room actually is
A normal networking event is a bar with name tags. People find the two humans they already know and stand there. Sponsors buy a banner and hope.
Speed networking is structured. Everybody sits, everybody rotates, everybody gets a fixed number of minutes with every other person in the room. Nobody hides. Nobody leaves without having had a real conversation with every attendee.
For a sponsor that changes the math. You are not buying impressions in a crowd. You are buying a seat inside a format where attention is enforced.
Why this beats a banner at a mixer
You get said out loud
Your name comes from the front of the room, from a host holding a microphone, not from a sign by the bar.
The room is captive
Structured rotation means people are seated and engaged for the whole event instead of drifting to the parking lot.
You get the list
Every registrant who opts in, with name, business and email. Not a photo of a crowd.
You get the follow up
We run the post-event email sequence. Your offer goes into it, not just a thank you for coming.
Repeat exposure
Our promotion runs for weeks before the doors open. Your logo rides every send, not just the night of.
It is our own room
We own the event, the platform and the list. No third party deciding what a sponsor is allowed to do.
Who is in the room
South Florida business owners, founders, sales professionals, service providers and operators. Realtors, lenders, attorneys, accountants, agency owners, coaches, contractors, restaurateurs and the people who sell to all of them.
Behind the room is an email list of 1,900 plus South Florida professionals we have built through our own events and channels. Promotion for every event runs through it.
Current per-event attendance and demographic breakdown available on request. We report real numbers, including the ones that are not flattering.

What we need from you
- Your logo and your offer. Vector logo if you have it. And one thing you actually want the room to do, not just brand awareness.
- Someone in the room. Sponsorships work when a human from your company shows up and talks. Send your best one.
- Four weeks of runway. Presenting and Title tiers need lead time so your name rides the full promo cycle.
- Honesty about what a customer is worth. It tells us which tier actually pays you back, and we would rather sell you the right one.
Let's put you in the room.
Tell me what you sell and who you want to meet, and I will tell you which tier is worth it and which one is not.
