Miami Marketer / Revenue Engines
REVENUE ENGINE
A show is an audience
with no back end.
I do not produce your show. You already do the hardest part every week. I build the three revenue paths running underneath it: guest to client, listener to buyer, and show to sponsor.
The calculator is instant. No email, no call, and you can change every rate in it.
The problem this solves
You publish. People listen. Some of them are exactly who you would want as a client, and you will never know who they were.
Downloads are not a business. A download is somebody enjoying your work in a place you cannot follow up in.
And the most valuable person in the room is the one on the other side of the mic. You spend an hour building real trust with a qualified stranger, then say thanks for coming on and never speak again. That is the path almost nobody builds, and it is the one that works at any audience size.
A show has exactly three ways to make money: the guest becomes a client, the listener becomes a buyer, or somebody sponsors the show. Most hosts are running none of the three.
From audience to cash
This is the whole machine on one screen. You supply the left side. We build and run everything between the front door and the money.
A list, a following, a room, a show, a database. We do not build one from zero.
Every episode, plus a guest funnel running underneath it.
The engine, running
Scoreboard reads all three: which episodes and which guests produced revenue
Three revenue lines from a show you were already making anyway.
Nothing here runs on you remembering to do it.
Every rate in it is yours to change. No email, no call.

What Could Your Show
Actually Produce?
A show makes money three ways: guests who hire you, listeners who hire you, and sponsors. Set your own rates and see which one is actually carrying it.
The show
They have to leave the app to do it, so this is always lower than people expect.
The guests
You spend an hour building trust with each one. Set this to whatever you have actually seen.
What it is worth
Zero if you have never sold it. That is the point.

The funnel underneath it
The other side
Every rate on this page is yours to change. The defaults are a starting point, not a promise, and the honest move is to set them to what you have actually seen.
Four parts, every time
Every engine we build has the same four parts. What changes is the front door on top of them.
Capture
Two doors: a listener offer per episode, and a guest application that qualifies as it collects.
Follow up
Automation that turns every published episode into an email, a post and a nurture touch.
Conversion
Three paths out: guest to client, listener to buyer, and the show to a sponsor.
Scoreboard
Which episodes produced contacts, which guests produced revenue, what a listener is worth.
What we actually build
- Path one, guest to client. An application page with screening criteria, so the right people apply and route themselves. Booking, prep pack and reminders run automatically. Then the seventy two hour sequence after you stop recording, which is where the money actually is.
- Path two, listener to buyer. One offer per episode with a URL you can say out loud, a page that catches them, and a sequence that keeps working whether or not you published this week.
- Path three, show to sponsor. A one-sheet with real numbers, packages, and a way to buy without a meeting. Most hosts have nothing to hand a sponsor who asks.
- Episode automation. Publish once and the email, the show notes page and the social push happen without you touching anything.
- Back catalog resurfacing. Old episodes keep producing contacts instead of sitting in an archive nobody visits.
- The scoreboard. Which episodes produced contacts, which guests produced revenue, and what a listener is actually worth to you.
It has paid for itself when
One guest becomes a client.
Most hosts have already interviewed the person who would have hired them. That is the part that stings.
What this is not. This is not production. I do not edit audio, book your guests, design cover art, or launch a show from zero. You keep making the show. I build what happens between episodes.
Where it sits in G.E.A.R.
Generate and Engage, with a fast Acquire lane for guests. Guests usually enter hot and belong in third gear, which is exactly the path most shows never build.
G.E.A.R. is Generate, Engage, Acquire, Retain. It is the framework everything we build runs on, and it is what keeps an engine from being a pile of disconnected tools.
Who this is for
Built for hosts who already publish and want the show to produce revenue instead of more downloads. Here is the honest version of both sides.
This is your engine if
- You publish on any kind of schedule and intend to keep going
- Your guests or listeners are people you could actually serve
- You sell something, or you should
- You want sponsors and have nothing to hand them
- Any size. Small and specific beats large and vague
Skip it if
- You want a producer. I do not edit audio, book your guests, or design cover art
- You have no show yet. I do not launch one from zero
- The show is a hobby and you want it to stay one
- You will not add a single call to action to an episode
- You want download growth. That is a content problem, not an engine problem
What we need from you
- The show. Published, on a schedule, with an audience however small. You keep producing it exactly as you do now.
- Ninety seconds an episode. To read a call to action. That is the entire ongoing ask on your side.
- Your offer. What a listener or a guest should eventually buy. We will help you sharpen it.
- Who a good guest is. Your screening criteria. We turn it into an application that filters for you.
All six engines
Every one of these sits on the same foundation. You are not choosing between them, you are choosing which front door goes on top.
Offer Engine
The foundation. Attention arrives, something catches it, and there is one obvious place to say yes.

Pricing comes after the audit, not before. A number without a diagnosis is a number nobody can judge.
