Miami Marketer / Revenue Engines
REVENUE ENGINE
Fill the room once.
Then build the machine that refills it.
Recurring events are the most durable audience asset there is, and the most manually run. The Event Engine turns a room you host into a membership, a sponsor list and a pipeline.
The calculator is instant. No email, no call, and you can change every rate in it.
The problem this solves
Every event starts from zero. You post it, you text people, you chase RSVPs, half of them show, and the week after you do it again.
The people who came are the asset, and they usually end up as a stack of business cards and a photo album.
A room that meets every month should compound. Attendance should get easier, not harder, and by event six sponsors should be calling you.
From audience to cash
This is the whole machine on one screen. You supply the left side. We build and run everything between the front door and the money.
A list, a following, a room, a show, a database. We do not build one from zero.
A recurring event people put on the calendar without being chased.
The engine, running
Scoreboard reads all three: registered, showed, joined, referred, per event
Two revenue lines out of one room, compounding every month.
Nothing here runs on you remembering to do it.
Every rate in it is yours to change. No email, no call.

What Could A Room
Actually Produce?
The door money is the smallest part of a room that repeats. Set your own numbers and watch what the membership does.
The room
Registering is not attending.
The recurring part
This is the number that turns an event into a business.

The funnel underneath it
Every rate on this page is yours to change. The defaults are a starting point, not a promise, and the honest move is to set them to what you have actually seen.
Four parts, every time
Every engine we build has the same four parts. What changes is the front door on top of them.
Capture
Registration that keeps working between events, so the list grows even in the quiet weeks.
Follow up
The sequence that turns an attendee into a member, and a member into someone who brings two people.
Conversion
Two revenue lines: memberships and sponsors. Both sold from the same room.
Scoreboard
Registered, showed, joined, referred. Per event, so you can see the room compounding.
What we actually build
- Recurring registration. One system for every event. Attendees, no-shows and repeats tracked across all of them.
- Membership tiers. Free and paid. Paid gets something real: priority seating, the directory, the recordings, the intros.
- Sponsor packages and checkout. Tiers, what each one gets, and a way to buy without a meeting.
- Check-in that feeds the CRM. Who actually walked in, tagged on the spot, sequenced that night.
- The post-event follow up. Sent within twenty four hours while the room is still warm. Recap, intros, and the next ask.
- The referral loop. Every attendee gets a reason and a link to bring somebody to the next one.
It has paid for itself when
One sponsor, or thirty members.
Whichever comes first. Most rooms hit the members number before they hit the sponsor.
What this is not. This is not event planning. I do not book venues, handle catering, or fill the room for you. You own the room. I build the machine around it.
Where it sits in G.E.A.R.
The full loop, weighted toward Retain. Events are where Buyers become Fans and Fans become Advocates, which is the part of G.E.A.R. most businesses never reach.
G.E.A.R. is Generate, Engage, Acquire, Retain. It is the framework everything we build runs on, and it is what keeps an engine from being a pile of disconnected tools.
Who this is for
Built for people who put rooms together on a schedule. Here is the honest version of both sides.
This is your engine if
- You host on a schedule, or you are ready to
- The room has a theme specific enough that people self-select
- You want membership revenue, not just ticket revenue
- You have or can get sponsors who want that audience
- You are willing to run it for at least six events
Skip it if
- One-off events with no intention of repeating
- You want us to fill the room for you. We build the machine, you own the room
- The room has no theme. General networking does not compound
- You will not follow up with attendees
What we need from you
- The room. Venue, date, format. Yours to run.
- A reason people come back. A theme, a format, a promise. We will help you sharpen it.
- Somebody at the door. Check-in matters more than people think.
- Six events of patience. Rooms compound. The first two are the worst two.
All six engines
Every one of these sits on the same foundation. You are not choosing between them, you are choosing which front door goes on top.
Offer Engine
The foundation. Attention arrives, something catches it, and there is one obvious place to say yes.

Pricing comes after the audit, not before. A number without a diagnosis is a number nobody can judge.
